Placement Fee Schedule
It is understood that the services of Imaging Temporaries are made possible only by advertising for, testing, soliciting, and screening a large number of potential personnel. Therefore, in consideration of these services, we charge our clients a placement fee when they choose and hire one of our employees. Placement fees range from 10% to 25% of the employee's annual salary. The actual fee varies based upon the employee's tenure, professional experience, and value as an employee with Imaging Temporaries.
Technologist Qualifications and Records
Imaging Temporaries maintains high professional standards in the selection of health care personnel. It is our policy to rigorously screen all applicants in terms of their credentials, qualifications, capabilities, and references. We keep on file for each employee the following information:
- Resume or Employee Application
- Copy of Driver's License
- Copy of ARRT and Texas Certification
- Personal References
- Copy of TB, Hepatitis B, and other vaccinations
- Copy of Red Cross or AHA CPR course
- W-4
- U.S. Department of Justice Employment Eligibility Verification
Whether it is a temporary needed to replace personnel on sick leave, maternity leave or vacation, a qualified Imaging Temporaries employee is available to fill the position.
